PIPE CUTTING & BEVELING


Colt’s beveling machines ensure consistency with every cut. They use worm and spiral bevel gears to feed the material smoothly and uniformly into the cut, all while providing the necessary force to cut a variety of heavy pipe.

  • Mandrels cover a range of 0.5” to 48” ID
  • ID and OD pipe cutting capabilities up to 120”
  • Clamping mandrel with bolt-on locator pads (no springs); stops any pieces from dropping down into the work piece

FLANGE FACING, BORING & BEVELING


Colt’s inside diameter (ID) and outside diameter (OD) mount machines can machine raised face, flat face, male/female, lens rings, Graylocs, and Ring Type Joint flanges as wells as exchangers and others.

  • Aluminum available in 10”, 13”, 16”, and 20” sizes
  • Steel available in 32”, 42”, 52”, 62”,72”, 82”, and 102” sizes
  • Compound swivels to machine all angles, from 0 to 90 degrees

STUD DRILLING & REMOVAL
