Digital planning, 3D modeling, and virtual simulations utilizing Colt’s 3D scanning technology enable us to plan and execute repairs with utmost precision, minimizing disruptions and optimizing repair times. The scanner is wireless, handheld, and much faster than traditional measuring by hand.
In the pursuit of the highest quality outcome, measurements are also taken by hand for confirmation and compared against scanned data. The entirety of the gathered information is then sent to our engineers for design of a custom industrial leak repair solution.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: Leak on oval valve bonnet scanned and sent to Colt Engineering
STEP 2: Colt Engineering team renders scan file to load into CAD program.
STEP 3: A final design is created and sent to the Colt Manufacturing team.
STEP 4: Precise repair completed based on scanned image.
